Short version: this website doesn’t track you, doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and doesn’t ask for your details. Here’s the detail.
Who we are
This website belongs to Nwah Trims, a barber shop at Unit 4, Hadley District Centre, Hadley, Telford, TF1 5GQ. We are the “controller” of any personal data described here.
Questions about your data? Pop into the shop or call 07784 305386.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. There are no accounts, contact forms, newsletters, analytics or advertising tools on this site.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. This is in our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website, and these logs are kept only for a short period.
Booking by phone or WhatsApp
If you call or message us on WhatsApp to book, we’ll note the details needed to manage your appointment, such as your name, phone number and appointment time. We use these only to arrange and keep your appointment (because you’ve asked us to), keep them only as long as needed for that, and never sell or share them for marketing.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles messages under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp buttons on this site are plain links — nothing from WhatsApp loads until you tap one.
Photos and reviews
Photos on this site show our work and our shop. Reviews are copied from our public Google listing, with reviewers’ names shortened. If you appear in a photo or review here and would like it removed, let us know and we’ll take it down.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it.
To use any of these rights, call 07784 305386. We’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If anything changes — for example if we add online booking — we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
